Contract negotiation
Contract negotiation in Dayton, Tipp City, Beavercreek, and Centerville means discussing price, terms, and contingencies before you commit. I'm Richard Tebbe. I negotiate purchase agreements for buyers and sellers, explain the real estate choices in front of you, and communicate your instructions to the other side. You decide which terms you can accept.
Identify the terms that matter to you
For a buyer, that may include financing, inspections, possession, or a sale-related condition. For a seller, it may be closing timing, certainty of financing, or a workable move-out period. We discuss your priorities before responding to a proposal.
A low price with difficult terms and a high price with uncertainty each need a careful look.
Respond with the full transaction in mind
I help compare the proposal with relevant property information and your plans, then communicate the response you authorize. Changes can affect more than one part of the transaction. We keep track of what has been offered, accepted, or left unresolved.
Use legal advice when the question is legal
I explain common transaction terms and coordinate the real estate paperwork. An attorney should interpret legal rights, unusual provisions, disputes, or questions about enforceability. Clear role boundaries matter more than pretending one person can answer everything.
