Private home showings in Dayton, Tipp City, Beavercreek, and Centerville give you time to examine a home without an open-house crowd. I'm Richard Tebbe. I schedule property access and walk through the home with you so we can discuss layout, visible condition, and questions for the seller. Appointments depend on availability and the seller’s access rules.
Send the listings before we book
Share the property links, times you can attend, and features you want to check. I review available listing details and coordinate appointments. A short, focused tour schedule is often more useful than seeing too many properties back to back.
Use the visit to test everyday use
Walk the route from the garage to the kitchen. Check whether your furniture would fit, where laundry happens, and how much storage is usable. We also note visible maintenance questions for follow-up.
Take measurements when permitted and ask about a second visit if a decision needs more time. A tour is not a substitute for a professional inspection.
Compare the homes while the details are fresh
After the showing, we separate what you liked from what the property would require. I help compare it with other options and explain what information is still missing. If it is not right, we move on. You do not owe a house an offer because you toured it.
