I help coordinate appointments and property access around the dates in your agreement. Discuss the scope with your inspector, including whether separate specialists are needed. A general inspection does not answer every structural, environmental, or mechanical question.
Separate findings from repair estimates
An inspection report identifies observations and questions. It may not tell you the cost of correcting them. Obtain qualified estimates when a finding could materially affect the decision.
For buyers, we discuss which requests you want to make. For sellers, we review what is being requested and what information you need before answering.
Document the agreement
I communicate repair or credit proposals and help track the response. Any agreed work needs clear documentation in the transaction. Contractors perform repairs; the appropriate professional assesses whether the work addresses the issue. We also discuss what to check during the final walkthrough.
